Nope! I don’t even know what an initiation challenge is! It’s the first jam I’ve ever created and it’s just there to maybe help motivate some folks, me included, to get stuff done and share whatever they complete!
That card is great! 
It’s understandable that the time commitment isn’t going to be something everyone can keep up. That said - you may have been hiding your light under a bushel. Your earlier stuff was cool - but this card…man 0 man - you should do those…yes indeed. Very neat.

There’s a nice sense of accomplishment to get the level complete, that’s for sure. As far as process goes - I’m always thinking about that next room, that’s been key for me. I may only get 30 minutes to put things together in the journal every day - but if I’ve already got it all mapped out in my head, with whatever features it has - it’s really just a form of transcription to get it into the journal.
Another trick I learnt from quitting smoking - dropping a day isn’t failure, it’s just a lapse - pick things back up and keep going. There were a couple of times in the month when I was a few days behind - but I didn’t let that stop me - I just got those days done when I could and caught back up.
True motivation for me comes from knowing I’m going to be running my group through this place! They can burn through material so fast I’d better have 12 levels ready for them! Can’t wait to see what happens.

Thanks @TheK5K , I did about 60+ illustrations in that style (I went through and drew all the “humanoids” from the 5e monster manual) and have been editing their statblocks down to this simplified state.
I probably have about 20 or so cards designed, but mostly now the project entails condensing statblocks to fit on the cards, not as much drawing fun.
I DID manage to get a few little projects done here and there though (my cousin owns a local gamestore here in Michigan and he commissioned me to design a Party of Fantasy characters) a few sticker designs and tshirt design.

OH @Todd my cousin also makes her own dice and criminally undercharges for them, I saw your vid about the dice you ordered and wondered if you were looking for a different set I could probably pick some up from her for you.

what design are you thinking? I can see how booked up she is with customs at the moment and maybe grab some pics of sets she’s already made that are on sale that might fit what you’re looking for.

Love that Dragon in the set! You’re clearly very accomplished. The cards sound cool - although the stat block compression sounds not nearly as much fun to do as the illustrations.

While everyone is recognising good art when they see it - let’s compare to some K5K-level colouring in. 
This will hopefully make the perspective a little better, and one part stand out from the others more.

Wow - really like what you’re doing here. I read through and will only raise that I was still a little uncertain how the DC was determined. That might just be me. Perhaps an example of play is in order! Good stuff. Simple, but with the potential for a lot of expansion.
