[The Dictates of Koura](https://hexedpress.itch.io/dictates-of-koura) is my entry in the to the [Minimalist TTRPG Jam 3](https://itch.io/jam/minimalist-ttrpg-jam-3)… It’s a simple, but not simplistic, ad hoc magic system to use with your TTRPG system of choice! It channels a very swords & sorcery feel into a magic mechanic that will both allow magic-users to flex their creativity in untold ways while also forcing them to consider the high cost of their casting!
